Project Overview

Qualcomm Real Estate and Facilities (QREF) managed a Tenant Improvement to an owned, existing two story, 45,000 square foot building. The TI included selective demolition and construction of new partitions, ceilings, doors and finishes. New electrical, mechanical and plumbing equipment including a new air-cooled chiller and air handlers were in the scope of work. The project included an innovative, indirect airside economizing solution for the data center as well as chilled water storage, advanced lighting controls and an upgraded building management system.
