Project Overview
The Veracyte TI project at 6000 Shoreline Court delivers a fully commissioned, move‑in–ready lab and office space. Key activities include system verification, TAB reviews, alarm matrix updates, and coordinated testing across mechanical, electrical, and controls teams to close out Phased requirements.
Existing building systems were retro‑commissioned to integrate seamlessly with the new TI work. This retro‑Cx effort aligned base‑building performance with new tenant demands, supporting reliable operation as TI systems came online.
