Project Overview

The Triton Center will serve as the campus gateway, transforming University Center into a vibrant hub with event and recreational venues, a world-class art gallery, and spaces that celebrate diversity and technological excellence. GMC Cx provided enhanced commissioning for all MEP and building automation systems, including Monitoring-Based Commissioning (MBCx) to optimize performance over time. MBCx reduces energy waste by up to 15%, improves comfort, and extends equipment life through continuous monitoring and low-cost operational improvements.
