Project Overview
The Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) program at UC San Diego is consistently ranked among the top in the nation, known for its strong research focus and rigorous academic curriculum. Housed within the Jacobs School of Engineering, the program offers undergraduate and graduate degrees with specializations in areas like artificial intelligence, systems, cybersecurity, and data science.
GMC Cx provided mission critical, technical commissioning services for the new server room. GMC Cx was brought on early for a design assist role and worked with the teams on design phase reviews, acceptance criteria and owner requirements. The project received a LEED Gold certification from the USGBC with GMC Cx providing LEED Fundamental and all 5 LEED Enhanced Commissioning Credits.
