Project Overview

GMC Cx is providing commissioning services for TriLink Biotechnologies new headquarters located in San Diego, CA.  The project includes cGMP manufacturing, R&D space and Office.  This fast track project is leveraging the commissioning process into the qualification/validation effort for direct and indirect impact systems.  Our scope includes commissioning of all MEP systems and Process Support systems including an automated solvent delivery and waste system.

  • Mechanical Systems including central utility plant, AHU and VAVs​

  • Electrical, Emergency Power, UPS, Lighting Controls

  • Plumbing Systems including Emergency Water System, Domestic Hot and Cold Water
