Project Overview
The Cove at Oyster Point is a state-of-the-art life sciences research and development campus consisting of 7 buildings, developed by HCP. GMC Cx has been providing LEED Enhanced commissioning services onsite for 5 years, including 4 warm shell projects, and ten tenant improvement spaces for companies including Denali Therapeutics, Global Blood Therapeutics, Ambys, Alector, CytomX Therapeutics, Harpoon Therapeutics, Surrozen, and Tenaya. GMC Cx played a lead role in ensuring the existing shell and core systems are integrated into the tenant improvement MEP systems.
