GMC Commissioning's technical value was brought to the project through in-depth expertise.  Our ability to communicate effectively, appropriately address relevant issues, and provide creative troubleshooting suggestions allowed the project to stay on budget and schedule.

Project Overview

The Santee medical center allowed Sharp Rees-Stealy to expand many of the services it offers those who live and work in Santee, El Cajon, Lakeside and East San Diego County. The medical center is a three-story, 86,000-square-foot building, offering primary care, pediatrics, OBGYN, lab services, pharmacy, radiology, urgent care, an optical shop and a large fitness room for physical therapy. The new clinic also includes a microgrid, solar panel system, electric car chargers and drought-tolerant landscaping.
