Project Overview
The Sharp project consists of a full interior demolition and remodel of two existing buildings totaling approximately 98,000 square feet, including a new exterior entry and shaded pedestrian bridge connecting Buildings B and C. The redesign also introduces a pedestrian bridge linking the three‑story parking garage to the 8975 building, improving safe circulation for staff, patients, and physicians without intersecting vehicular traffic. GMC Commissioning’s scope includes comprehensive commissioning services, leveraging extensive healthcare experience to support Sharp’s project goals and ensure optimized building performance.
