Project Overview
The SDSU Evolve project encompasses a multi‑phase effort, including Flex, UTE, and residence components, to deliver fully commissioned, high‑performance campus facilities aligned with SDSU’s goals for LEED Silver, Title‑24 compliance, and long‑term monitoring‑based commissioning. GMC Commissioning’s scope spans design review, integrated systems testing, SkySpark analytics deployment, and comprehensive MEP, controls, electrical, safety, and irrigation system verification.
