Project Overview
Commissioning services for the Emergency Department Expansion at Regional Medical Center, Santa Clara Valley Healthcare, located in San Jose, CA. The project is an HCAI 1 regulated General Acute Care Hospital.
GMC Cx's scope covers systems across plumbing (domestic water, medical gas), HVAC and controls (AHUs, exhaust fans, VAV/CAV terminals, BMS), and electrical (distribution, lighting, and controls). The team will deploy SkySpark analytics for 100% HVAC performance verification through monitoring-based commissioning.
