NEUROCRINE APERTURE CAMPUS

SAN DIEGO, CA

Project Overview

Neurocrine’s purpose is to relieve suffering for people with great needs, but few options. The company is dedicated to discovering and developing life-changing treatments for patients with under-addressed neurological, neuroendocrine and neuropsychiatric disorders

Neurocrine Biosciences will occupy four office and research buildings totaling 535,000 square feet and has the option to expand into a fifth building which can offer up to another 125,000 square feet.  Phase 1 of campus was designed by the world’s largest architecture firm, Gensler, offering a culmination of multiple architectural styles that features superior connectivity between each building and floor, as well as the outdoor environment.

GMC Cx is providing commissioning services on all MEP and building automation system components.  GMC Cx led the design assist process and provided commissioning services for Design, Construction, and Post-Occupancy phases of the project.
