GMC Commissioning's technical value was brought to the project through in-depth expertise.  Our ability to communicate effectively, appropriately address relevant issues, and provide creative troubleshooting suggestions allowed the project to stay on budget and schedule.

Project Overview

The project includes new construction of an academic building consisting of a 3‐story type ii‐a structural steel framed building. The project connects to the underground libra complex at level 1 and to the elevated libra deck at level 2. The program consists of a makerspace at the ground floor with connections to the existing shop with computer science uses at levels two and three including; computer labs, clinic spaces, offices, meeting rooms and workrooms. the project includes a new loading area on level 1 that will connect to the libra complex directly, and to the libra deck via elevator. The project also includes an expansion of the existing utility yard.
