Project Overview
Freenome is a private biotech company focused on developing blood tests to detect cancer early and make screening accessible for everyone.
GMC Cx provided whole-building, technical commissioning services for the new 7 level, 200,000+ sf, building including all MEP and building automation system components. GMC Cx was brought on early for a design assist role and worked with the teams on design phase reviews, acceptance criteria and owner requirements. GMC Cx provided a custom-built fault detection and performance analytics system using Skyspark.
Included in the scope was an active smoke control system. Testing included Integrated Systems Testing of the smoke controls system and backup power systems.
