Project Overview

GMC Commissioning’s team provided commissioning services for two a 3200-ton Chilled Water Central Plants with water-side economizers serving live data centers in Santa Clara, CA and Weehawken Nj.  The project in Weehawken included full retro-commissioning of the complete central plant including custom PLC controls.  The project in Santa Clara included an upgrade to a variable condenser water pumping system and the placement of a water-side plate and frame heat exchanger back into service. The chilled water systems provide cooling to nearly 1M SF of data center and support spaces.
