Project Overview
This project is a large tenant improvement buildout of roughly 420,000 SF that will consolidate many of the BMS San Diego science business units into a single building.
GMC Cx provided whole-building, technical commissioning services for the new 7 level, 420,000 SF, $330+ million building including all MEP and building automation system components. GMC Cx was brought on early for a design assist role and worked with the teams on design phase reviews, acceptance criteria and owner requirements. GMC Cx Provided a custom-built fault detection and performance analytics system using Skyspark.
Included in the scope was monitoring of Central Utility Plant provided under the core and shell scope with SkySpark.
