GMC Commissioning's technical value was brought to the project through in-depth expertise. Our ability to communicate effectively, appropriately address relevant issues, and provide creative troubleshooting suggestions allowed the project to stay on budget and schedule.
Project Overview
This new multi phased life science development consists of 2 ground-up lab/office buildings, an existing lab/office building, and a new parking garage. Site improvements include outdoor entertainment, collaboration areas, and sports courts. The interiors will consist of various types of laboratories, office space, F&B, and a fitness amenity space. Design is ongoing so be sure to check back for more updates.
GMC Cx provided LEED Enhanced commissioning services on all MEP and building automation system components. Space types include BSL-2 wet labs, dry labs, office, support and amenities spaces. GMC Cx also provided building analytics for performance testing of all HVAC components.
