Quality
It shouldn't be too surprising from a company whose tagline is "Quality you can taste," but In-N-Out goes above and beyond when it comes to the quality of their food. It's a well established fact that In-N-Out has high standards when it comes to food quality.
From their website, ”Our commitment to quality doesn’t stop [with our hamburgers]. All of our ingredients are delivered fresh to our stores. In fact, we don’t even own a microwave or freezer. Our iceberg lettuce is hand-leafed. Our American cheese is the real thing. And we use the best available onions and the plumpest, juiciest tomatoes we can find. Our buns are baked using old-fashioned, slow-rising sponge dough. And we make every burger one at a time, cooked fresh to order.”
With some of the freshest produce in the fast-food industry, In-N-Out needed larger industrial manufacturing and cold food storage space. GMC Cx commissioned their Domestic Cold and Hot Water Systems, Electric Steam Boilers, Process Hot Water and Compressed Air Systems, Water Treatment Systems, Building Management System, Packaged Rooftop & Make up Air Units, Air Terminal Units, Electrical Distribution, Indoor Lighting Systems & Controls, and more.
The commissioning scope included design review, submittal review, schedule coordination, startup, documentation, owner training, pre-functional checklist, functional performance testing, integrated systems testing and turnover. GMC Cx provided technical commissioning services with hands-on testing and onsite protocol execution.
