Project Overview
Abzena’s new cGMP manufacturing facility is located in San Diego, CA. This tenant improvement project includes consolidation of process development, lab and office functions. GMP single use biomanufacturing space includes 2 upstream fermentation suites, 2 downstream purification suites, and one viral suite. GMC Cx provided total building commissioning in alignment with ASTM-e2500, including all MEP and Process support systems. The commissioning process is being leveraged into the validation effort.
