Project Overview

GMC Cx provided commissioning services for Zeiss. The commissioning scope included OPR, design review, Title 24 compliance, submittal review, pre-functional checklists, functional testing, integrated systems testing, owner training and warranty review. Commissioned systems include new Building Automation System, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems as well as the irrigation system. HVAC systems consist of a chilled water system featuring high-efficiency magnetic bearing chillers and a backup air cooled chiller, high-efficiency condensing boilers, fan array type air handlers and a VAV zone air distribution system.
