Project Overview

The USC Michelson Center for Convergent Bioscience is the largest building on the University Park Campus and provides 190,000 square feet of laboratories and office space. The four-story research building is the future catalyst for discoveries in biological science, imaging, engineering, nanofabrication and collaborative cross-disciplinary studies. The building houses 30 labs, Class 100 and 1,000 Nanotechnology cleanrooms, imaging suites, and a large conference and classroom center on the first floor.

  • Electrical, Emergency Power, UPS, Lighting Controls

  • Plumbing Systems including Emergency Water System, Domestic Hot and Cold Water
