Project Overview

Sony Interactive’s tenant improvement project at San Diego Tech Center included 114,000 SF of office, audio labs, and data center space. The 1MW data center scope included perimeter CRAC units with water-side economizers, ultrasonic humidifiers, dedicated generator, ATS, UPS, and pre-action systems. Our team provided level 3 – 5 testing and oversight, including load bank planning and procurement.
