Project Overview

GMC Commissioning’s team provided commissioning services for a ground up, OSHPD-1, 73,000 SF Critical Care Hospital and Central Energy Plant located in Encinitas, CA. The Hospital includes a 26-bed emergency room, 36 beds for medical surgery, Data Center, and MRI Suite. We provided design, construction and operations phase commissioning for the project. Multiple blackout tests were conducted to ensure proper MEP system operation during loss of power from dual utility feeds.
