GMC Commissioning, Inc. ("GMC," "we," "us") offers SMS text alerts to clients who maintain active login credentials to our SkySpark Analytics platform. This section describes how we handle information related to that program.
Information we collect. When you enable SMS alerts, we collect your mobile phone number and your consent to receive text messages, along with the account associated with your SkySpark Analytics login (such as your name and email).
How we use it. We use your mobile number solely to send you account-related and service alerts tied to your SkySpark Analytics account (for example, system notifications and analytics alerts). We do not use your mobile number for unrelated marketing.
No sharing of opt-in data. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or consent with any third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers that help us deliver the messaging service (for example, our messaging/telecom platform), and only to the extent necessary to operate the program. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent and opt-in. SMS alerts are sent only after you affirmatively opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of using the SkySpark Analytics platform.
Opt-out. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us at calibrate@gmccx.com or 858-605-1190.
Data retention. We retain your mobile number and consent records for as long as you remain opted in and as required to document compliance, after which we delete or de-identify the information.

SMS Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the SMS text message program offered by GMC Commissioning, Inc. ("GMC," "we," "us") in connection with the SkySpark Analytics platform. By opting in, you agree to these terms.
Program description. GMC sends account-related and service alert text messages (such as system notifications and analytics alerts) to clients who have active SkySpark Analytics login credentials and who have opted in to receive texts.
How to opt in. You opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive SMS messages within the SkySpark Analytics application. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of using the platform.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the alerts you have enabled.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details. GMC does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts unless you opt in again.

Supported carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.
Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, located above. We do not sell or share your mobile opt-in information with third parties for marketing.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be posted at this URL.
